  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 box dry chicken noodle soup (2 pkg.)
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 4 1/2 c. water

    Fry sausage and break up in small pieces; drain.

    Heat 4 1/2 cups water.

    Add rice and soup; boil for 7 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vegetables and sausage; mix well.

    Put in baking dish; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
