- 1 c. rice, cooked and drained (equals about 4 c. cooked)
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 12 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
- 2 cans (small) chopped green chili peppers
- 2 c. sharp grated cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Mix sour cream with milk.

2Add 1 can peppers (undrained), Velveeta cheese and rice.

3Spoon in large casserole dish.

4Garnish with 1 can peppers (drained), sharp cheese and paprika.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
