  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
  • 1/2 c. rice (plain)
  • 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 c. boiling water

Directions

    Cook ground meat and drain off excess fat.

    Saute onion until limp.

    Add chicken soup and rice to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

    Add all ingredients together and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.
