- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
- 1/2 c. rice (plain)
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Cook ground meat and drain off excess fat.

2Saute onion until limp.

3Add chicken soup and rice to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

4Add all ingredients together and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.
