Ingredients
- 2 c. rice
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. fresh chopped broccoli
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook rice and cool.

2Saute onion, broccoli and mushrooms in oleo.

3Mix soup with milk.

4Combine everything and put in greased pan.

5Grate 2 ounces Cheddar cheese on top.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
