- 1/2 c. raw rice
Directions

1In skillet, saute mushrooms and raw rice in oleo for about 5 minutes or until slightly browned.

2Add onion soup and 1/4 can water.

3Stir and cover.

4Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
