- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 clove garlic or minced garlic
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Bloody Mary mix
Directions

1Peel shrimp; cook onion, pepper and garlic in butter until tender.

2Blend in flour and seasonings.

3Add tomatoes and cook until thick, stirring constantly.

4Add shrimp and simmer about 30 minutes.

5Serve over rice.
