- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1 jar mushrooms, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan.

2Add onions.

3Cook until soft (10 minutes).

4Add rice.

5Put rice mixture into casserole dish.

6Add consomme and mushrooms.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Do not cover.
