- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. rice
- 1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 chopped onion or 1 can onion soup
- 1 can beef consomme soup or 1 beef bouillon cube, diluted with 1 c. water
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add rice and chopped onion; brown 5 minutes.

3Put into casserole.

4Add 2 cups liquid (consomme, mushroom juice and water).

5Mix all together.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
