  • 1 can onion soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 can bouillon soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 stick margarine (4 Tbsp.)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 jar cut pimentos, drained (4 oz.)
  • 1 large can mushrooms, drained (8 oz.)
  • 1 large can English peas, drained (17 oz.)
  • 2 c. raw rice

Directions

    Mix and bring to boil first 4 ingredients.

    Add to above mixture remaining ingredients.

    Grease large casserole dish with melted butter.

    Cover.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
