Chicken Pate Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (8 Oz. Size) Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Canned Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Directions

    Let cream cheese soften a bit.

    Then thoroughly combine cream cheese, chicken, paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Thinly slice cucumber.

    Spread pate over slices of bread then lay slices of cucumber on top.

    Top with remaining pieces of bread to finish off the sandwiches.

    You can also toast the bread before assembling the sandwiches for a little crunch!

    Note: Some of my favorite veggies to use with this as a dip are raw sliced zucchini or cucumber.
