- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 large fresh onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 4 c. water
Directions

1Rinse raw rice several times to get rid of starch.

2In skillet, saute rice, butter, onion and celery for 10 minutes.

3Put sauteed ingredients in a large bowl.

4Add chestnuts, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, soup, water and Kitchen Bouquet.

5Pour into greased pan.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until rice is done.
