  • 3/4 c. sliced green onions (and tops)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 1 c. diced Cheddar
  • 3 c. cooked rice

    Saute onions in butter until soft.

    Add rice and pimentos. Cook over low heat until rice is thoroughly heated.

    Stir in cheese. Add salt and pepper.
