- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. white dinner wine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. snipped parsley
- 2 c. shedded Swiss cheese
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in butter until tender.

2Combine milk, wine, eggs and salt.

3Mix with sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients.

4Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

5Sprinkle with extra chopped parsley or paprika.

6Bake in 350° oven about 30 minutes or until browned.
