  • 1 qt. milk
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cooked rice
  • raisins
  • butter

Directions

    Heat milk slightly.

    Add to beaten eggs along with salt and sugar.

    Pour into casserole.

    Add rice and raisins.

    Place dish in pan of water.

    Dot pudding with water.

    Bake in 300° to 325° oven about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
