- 1 c. rice
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- any kind of leftover meat (chicken, steak, roast)
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice ahead of time and let dry.

2Fry bacon until crisp. Take out of pan and drain.

3Pour up part of grease.

4Hard scramble eggs.

5Take up.

6Put remainder of grease back in skillet.

7Chop leftover meat in small pieces and put in skillet with onion, celery, carrots and green peppers.

8Cook until done.

9Put rice, bacon and eggs back in skillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger and Accent.

10Sprinkle with soy sauce.
