  • 1 c. rice
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • any kind of leftover meat (chicken, steak, roast)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • salt and pepper
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Cook rice ahead of time and let dry.

    Fry bacon until crisp. Take out of pan and drain.

    Pour up part of grease.

    Hard scramble eggs.

    Take up.

    Put remainder of grease back in skillet.

    Chop leftover meat in small pieces and put in skillet with onion, celery, carrots and green peppers.

    Cook until done.

    Put rice, bacon and eggs back in skillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger and Accent.

    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
