Ingredients

  • 6 c chicken broth
  • 2 c uncooked rice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 lb chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tbl minced parsley
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    cook rice in chicken broth until tender

    simmer onions, pepper and celery in small amount of water only until tender
  3. 3
    add to rice along with mushrooms.

    fold in egg whites cool before stuffing into bird.
