  • 6 each chicken livers, gizzards and necks
  • water enough to cover giblets
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. brown rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

    Gently boil giblets for approximately 2
