  • 1 pkg (175 g) Smoked Cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks with juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 cups instant white rice

Directions

    STIR-FRY ham, onion and broccoli in 2 Tbsp (30 mL) dressing for 2 to 3 minutes.

    STIR in remaining dressing, pineapple chunks with juice, water and rice.

    COVER and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Let stand for 5 minutes.
