Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles

Directions

    Brown hamburger, onion and celery.

    Combine in a casserole with soup, water and rice.

    Add soy sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and bake about 1/2 hour at 350°.

    Remove from oven and add noodles and return to oven for another half hour without cover.
