- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can water
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and celery.

2Combine in a casserole with soup, water and rice.

3Add soy sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and bake about 1/2 hour at 350°.

4Remove from oven and add noodles and return to oven for another half hour without cover.
