- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
- 1/2 lb. pork, cut into thin strips or canned tuna or any meat desired, cooked
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender-crisp.

3Add tomatoes, okra and cooked meat.

4Bring to a boil.

5Stir in rice.

6Cover.

7Serve hot.
