- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 tomato
- 2 stalks celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Cut meat in cubes and fry until brown in butter.

2Cut finely the onion, green pepper and celery; add to meat.

3Fry until onion is soft.

4Add to this the water and the rice.

5Cover and cook until rice is done.

6Add more water, if necessary.
