- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Brown ground meat, onion and pepper; drain and add spaghetti sauce.

3Beat egg slightly, stir in cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

4Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.

5Spread 1/2 meat sauce on bottom. Spoon 1/2 rice over sauce.

6Top with 1/2 cheese mixture.

7Repeat layers.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
