Rice Mushroom Risotto

- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash salt & pepper
- 1 dash dry parsley
- 3 tbsp butter
Directions

1First dice mushrooms.

2In a large frying pan melt butter and oil.

3sautee mushrooms and rice for three to five minutes, on medium to high heat.

4Add enough chicken stock to cover the rice mixture, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5Stir it until it began to boil.

6Reduce the heat to low and place a lid on pan and let it simmer.

7Every two to three minutes check your rice and stir.

8As the liquid reduce add more chicken stock.

9Continue this process for fifteen to twenty minutes, until rice is fully cooked.

10Once rice is fully cooked add parmesan cheese mix it in the rice.

11poor your risotto in a bowl and garnish with parsley, and serve!
