- 4 eggs
- 2 cup spring onion
- 1 tbsp worcheschire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper

1Beat eggs then add spring onion

2Add seasoning and cooked white rice

3With oil on non stick pan add egg and rice mixture and black pepper then cover top and in low heat for 10 minutes and off heat

4Do not open cover let egg set for 2 another minute then serve
