  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup spring onion
  • 1 tbsp worcheschire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

    Beat eggs then add spring onion

    Add seasoning and cooked white rice
  3. 3
    With oil on non stick pan add egg and rice mixture and black pepper then cover top and in low heat for 10 minutes and off heat

    Do not open cover let egg set for 2 another minute then serve
