  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. hot milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs, add hot milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Pour in casserole, sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.

    Set in pan of hot water.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
