- 1 sheet Rice paper
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Ham
- 2 tbsp Melting cheese
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Salt
Directions

1Heat your frying pan.

2Soak the rice paper in water and, once softened, put a bit of vegetable oil in the pan and set the rice paper on top.

3Quickly top with the ham and crumble the cheese on top.

4Crack the egg on top of the ingredients, cover with a lid, and cook until the egg is as firm as you like.

5(If you add a tablespoon of water, it will steam faster.)

6Remove the lid, turn the heat to high.

7Once the rice paper is crispy, sprinkle with black pepper, and fold the corners of the paper.

8Serve while hot.
