- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. leftover oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except flour and eggs.

3Dip patties in beaten eggs and coat with flour.

4Fry in a hot, oiled skillet.

5Brown both sides.
