- 1 c. butter or shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together butter, white sugar, then brown sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add vanilla.

4Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.

5Add to creamed mixture, a small amount at a time.

6Add cereal, oatmeal, coconut and nuts.

7Mix.

8Drop by small spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.

9Bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

10Makes about 6 to 8 dozen cookies.
