- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 5 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 pie crusts
Directions

1Soak 1 cup rice in 2 cups of milk for about 2 hours.

2Add 2 more cups of milk.

3Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

4When fully cooked, add 2 beaten eggs and sugar.

5Add remaining milk (1 cup) and cinnamon.

6Put in a few drops of whiskey to taste.

7Add to mixture and stir.

8Put in pie crust (do not cover with crust). Makes 2 pies.
