  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
  • garlic salt to season
  • 1 c. uncooked rice (converted)
  • 2 cans beef consomme

Directions

    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.

    Use garlic salt to season.

    Place in 2-quart casserole.

    Add rice and beef consomme. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Cover casserole dish while baking.
