- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil
Directions

1In food processor - process spinach leaves until finely chopped.

2Add nuts, cheese, and garlic, salt, process until the mixture forms a thick paste with tiny lumps.

3With food processor running slowly pour oil.

4To freeze, put in carton cover with plastic wrap.
