  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup pine nuts or walnuts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil

    In food processor - process spinach leaves until finely chopped.

    Add nuts, cheese, and garlic, salt, process until the mixture forms a thick paste with tiny lumps.

    With food processor running slowly pour oil.

    To freeze, put in carton cover with plastic wrap.
