- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (slices)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
- 3 cans beef consomme (may add 1 beef bouillon cube for extra flavor)
- 2 cans water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute rice and mushrooms in butter.

2Add chopped onion and liquid.

3Add salt, as desired.

4Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Top with parsley and serve.
