  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 can condensed chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/3 c. water
