  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
  • 1 c. white rice
  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 can onion soup

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Saute onion and green pepper.

    Take off heat and add mushrooms, rice and soups in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
