  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped raw apples
  • 1/2 c. nutmeats

    In 3-quart saucepan, melt margarine. Remove from heat; blend in sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Put in greased floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
