- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. raisins or carrots, plumped*
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1* To plump raisins, place them in a small bowl, pour boiling water over them and let stand 20 minutes.
