- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 pkg. Lipton chicken soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1In skillet, heat butter and saute onion, celery and rice until rice is golden brown.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

4Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
