- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
- 4 c. water
Directions

1Melt butter in a large frying pan.

2Stir in rice and onion Brown over medium-high heat.

3Stir in water and bouillon.

4Cover and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
