- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. shallots, minced
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Melt butter and saute shallots until transparent.

2Add rice and garlic and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes. Don't brown.

3Add boiling chicken stock.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 18 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
