- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. chicken base
- 5 c. water
Directions

1Fry pineapple (drained) and raisins in 3 tablespoons margarine until lightly browned.

2In another pan, fry onions in remaining margarine until soft; stir in coriander and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.

3Add rice and pineapple, then add base and water; cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is soft.

4Add more water if needed.
