- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
Directions

1Mix ground meat and rice.

2Add salt and pepper and form into balls, about 1/2-inch in diameter.

3Place in baking dish.

4In skillet, saute onions and bell peppers in 1 tablespoon butter. Add tomato sauce.

5Season with salt and pepper and pour over meatballs.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
