  • 1 1/2 cup leftover cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 - 5 Sunsweet One's Dried prunes, roughly chopped
  • 1 small beaten egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
