- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 pound Fettuccine Noodles
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder (optional)
- Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, until crisp.

2Remove bacon from the pan to a paper towel lined plate.

3Reserve the bacon grease in the pan and keep pan on low heat.

4Let the bacon cool and the crumble, set aside.

5Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente.

6While the pasta cooks, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, Parmesan, garlic, a pinch of salt and a lot of ground pepper.

7Once the pasta is cooked, drain it then put pasta into the skillet with the bacon grease.Toss the pasta with the bacon grease then add the egg mixture and bacon and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to form.

8Plate the pasta and top with more ground black pepper.
