  • 1 c. cooked rice (not instant)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.

    Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
