  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice

    Break eggs in bowl; beat slightly.

    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Beat with spoon until well blended.

    Add milk and stir in raisins and rice.

    Set baking dish in a shallow pan filled about 1/4 full of water and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
