- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- dash of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine the rice, sugar, milk, raisins, nutmeg, eggs and salt.

3Mix well and pour into a buttered casserole.

4Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until the top is browned.

5Serve warm.
