Ingredients
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (more, if desired)
Directions

1Combine rice, milk and salt.

2Cook and stir until mixture boils.

3Simmer 20 minutes.

4Add sugar. Stir.

5Pour into greased baking dish and set aside.

6To beaten eggs add 2 cups of milk and evaporated milk, raisins and stir.

7Stir into rice mixture.

8Mix until well blended.

9Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

10Put into a 300° preheated oven.

11Place over a pan of hot water.

12Bake 50 minutes.
