  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. steamed rice
  • dash of nutmeg

    Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice.

    Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into mixture.

    Turn into baking dish.
