- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Beat eggs good; add sugar and milk and mix well.

2Add dry ingredients.

3Melt butter.

4Pour half in mix; save the other 1/2 of butter for pan.

5Add flavoring.

6Stir rice in.

7In your pan, put leftover butter and a little flour.

8Cook at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
