  • 6 c. milk
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 lemon rind
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Simmer all ingredients over low flame.

    Stir frequently to prevent sticking. When thick, pour into bowl. Sprinkle top of pudding with cinnamon.

    Chill.

    (Remove cinnamon stick and rind prior to chilling.)
